Hi there! Today I decided to get on a cross trainer, those types of machines that you can practice running on. Everyday I do exercise. Today I did exercise two times, on a walk to do shopping, and on the cross trainer. It is great for your body to do sports and helps a lot. Even a walk around the house a few times will work.
